Portfolios?

Just a couple of quick questions -
How much goes in the "proof of product" section? I mean, do I put in everything that I turned in to you on Tuesday, or do I choose a few things?
Also, what date should be on the top of the paper?

    For the paper, put the date it was due at the top (16 April 2010).

    For the product you choose some things to include, but make sure its enough so your judges get a good feel for what you did.
